whew.

To recap, I've been collecting Christmas ideas from you guys. If you're curious, see this post and this post. And this post.

In addition to being the official 'keeper of the list', I'm giving away five $25 Amazon gift cards.... one in each category to the very best idea thrown at me.

I'll be selecting the winners sometime in early December, so you've still got plenty of time to get entered. It's fun, free and you've got a shot at winning something. So why not?

Here's the updated list. Note that all the new additions are in bold. For your convenience.

'Cuz I love ya.

Toddler (1.5 - 3 years) ideas:

Elementary (4 - 7 years) ideas:
Youth (8 - 12 years) ideas:
Young Adult (13 - 20 years) ideas:
Adult (hopefully self-explanatory) ideas:
*******************************************************

Here is our Mr. Linky, making his appearance again, so you guys can keep on adding to the chaos craziness list, at your leisure. I'll compose a weekly update of all your great ideas, so if you don't see your idea listed now, no worries, you will soon.

I'll choose a winner in each category sometime in early December... you know, when you really should be done Christmas shopping.

So until then, keep the ideas coming!

P.S. Don't forget that when you shop at Amazon.com to go through the Love Without Boundaries Amazon icon at the bottom of their homepage, or through this link at New Day Foster Home. That way LWB or New Day Foster Home receives a small portion of the proceeds of your purchase!

This Parents Animal Hospital is the bomb for the toddler set. I gave it to a 2 year old on Saturday and there were multiple fights over it. Two thumbs up.

As an alternative to gifts that we keep, here's another option--gifts to giveaway! I've used the World Vision catalog before and it's pretty amazing and a blessing to explain the gift. Goats, chickens, ducks, water wells.....the gift goes on and on. I think these gifts work for all ages but maybe beginning with the 4-7 year-old range. Happy Thanksgiving!

I have a new one. The Bugsby Reading system. I was looking at the TAG but thought it looked dull. I want to read to my girl, not have a pen do it. However I saw the Bugsby in action at Target and fell in love. It's for ages 3-7 unlike the other so you don't ever need to buy another system. It reads the story but also asks questions on each page. It's got great reviews on the vtech site and for $25 is affordable, yet educational. Unlike the other you don't need to d/l anything off the computer either as each book has it's own chip. I can't wait for my girl to open this.

I bought chinese yo-yo's for both my girls, ages 3 & 8. We went to a Chinese festival over the summer and they were fascinated w/the yo yo performers!

I'll add one. For older kids we bought Antworks ant farm for Christmas last year and we ALL have enjoyed it. The ants tunnel through NASA developed gel (which feeds and waters them too) and allows us to see their creations. The gel is illuminated and is so intriguing.
